princessbiquinisfrance.com  is the property of PRINCESS. The site evolves in the online sale of swimsuits and beach accessories.

 

These terms of use define the legal and contractual framework of the relationship between PRINCESS and all users of the site princessbiquinisfrance.com. Any navigation on the site implies the prior acceptance of these conditions of use.

 

3.1 Ownership and Use.

The PRINCESS entity and the logo are registered trademarks of Princess Rio Bikinis. Any reproduction, use and or modification made without the prior written consent of Princess Rio Bikinis constitutes a violation of intellectual property. 

 

The copying and use of any graphic or textual element of the site princessbiquinisfrance.com  is allowed under the following conditions:

 

• The copies of the originals of the site retain the copyright notices and any legal notice

• They must not undergo any modification or alteration.

• Graphics should be used with accompanying text

• The user undertakes to reproduce them for personal purposes and to the exclusion of any commercial purpose.

 

Any other use without the express agreement of PRINCESS exposes you to legal proceedings.

 

These general conditions and all the rules they contain apply to all orders for products from the online store. Please read them carefully. They have been established in compliance with consumer rights.

 

3.2 Validation of orders 

Before validating your order, a confirmation screen will resume your entire order as well as its total price, delivery costs included. You can change your selection there. By validating the order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale. For any validated order, you will receive an order confirmation email mentioning the order number and the details of the products ordered. 

 

PRINCESS reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a product not being available, an incorrect price displayed, unsuccessful payment or fraudulent orders. In addition, in the event of a pre-existing dispute over the payment of a previous order, PRINCESS may cancel the current order.

In the event of a product not being available, we will inform you and only invoice you for the products sent.

 

We do our best to reproduce the colors of our products in the online store, however we cannot guarantee that their actual appearance corresponds exactly to their appearance on the screen.

 

3.3 Registration

During your first order, you will have to register and fill in the fields appearing on the order form. You will need to enter a login ID and a password that you will not disclose. This identifier will allow you to access the "My account" section.

The email address provided during registration may be used for promotional actions. 

 

3.4 Deleting a user account

The user can decide at any time to delete his account without justification.

Price

 

All the prices of the online store are expressed in euros including VAT and excluding any delivery costs.

We do our best to guarantee the accuracy of our prices, but it is possible that a price displayed turns out to be incorrect. If we find that the price you paid is higher than the actual price, we will refund the difference. In the event of a pricing error to your disadvantage, we will send you an email informing you of the pricing error and ask you if you wish to cancel the order or keep it at the correct price. We are under no obligation to send you a product that is incorrectly priced.

 

All the prices of the e-commerce site can be modified upwards or downwards at any time and without notice. The new price will therefore be applicable to new orders and will in no way affect orders already placed.

 

Section 6.

Payment

 

The total amount of your order includes the purchase price of your products, delivery costs included.

We accept payment by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

Your bank details must be provided during payment and you certify that the card used is yours. 

 

Section 7.

Delivery and returns

 

7.1 Delivery

The products will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated when ordering. PRINCESS cannot be held responsible in the event of an error on your part in the address provided. 
Delivery for mainland France takes between 2 to 5 days, and allow 3 to 7 days for the rest of the world.

The package is under the responsibility of PRINCESS, ie we bear all damages, until it arrives at the address you have given us. Once the package has arrived at its destination, ownership of the package returns to you and you bear all risk of damage and loss of products. 

 

If at the time of receiving the package, you notice an apparent anomaly (damaged package, open, etc.), you can refuse delivery in front of the delivery person and establish a "report of spoliation" or bring it back to a post office within 5 days. To assert your rights, you must never open the package.

Any order not received must be reported within a maximum of 60 days after placing the order. 

 

7.2 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, in accordance with article L.121-20 of the consumer code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Any return request must be sent by email to  princessbiquinisfrance@gmail.com  within this time limit. For any request received after this deadline, PRINCESS will not be obliged to respond favorably to your request. In the event of a return agreement, you will again have 14 days to return the product(s) to us at your expense. Only products in perfect condition and not having been worn can be reimbursed. 

 

Throughout the duration of the delivery, you are the owner of the package and bear all risk of damage or loss. The package is under your responsibility until it is received at the address indicated. It is therefore up to you to protect it well and to pack the products well. Once the package has been received, we will send you a return processing confirmation email and will refund the products in perfect condition within fourteen days at their purchase price. The refund will be made on the credit card used when paying for the order.

 

Any return must be the subject of a request specifying your name, the order number as well as the details of the articles which you wish to return and in the case of an exchange, that of the articles which you wish instead. Returns should be sent to the following address:

PRINCESS therefore declines all responsibility in the event of omission, inaccuracy or imprecision in the information of the articles online.

force majeure
