Section 7.

Delivery and returns

 

7.1 Delivery

The products will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated when ordering. PRINCESS cannot be held responsible in the event of an error on your part in the address provided. 

The package is under the responsibility of PRINCESS, ie we bear all damages, until it arrives at the address you have given us. Once the package has arrived at its destination, ownership of the package returns to you and you bear all risk of damage and loss of products. 

 

If when you receive the package, you notice an apparent anomaly (damaged, open package, etc.), you can refuse delivery in front of the delivery person and establish a 136bad5cf58d_” or return it to a post office within 5 days. To assert your rights, you must never open the package.

Any order not received must be reported within a maximum of 60 days after placing the order. 

 

7.2 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, in accordance with article L.121-20 of the consumer code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Any return request must be sent by email to  princessbiquinisfrance@gmail.com  within this time limit. For any request received after this deadline, PRINCESS will not be obliged to respond favorably to your request. In the event of a return agreement, you will again have 14 days to return the product(s) to us at your expense. Only products in perfect condition and not having been worn can be reimbursed. 

 

Throughout the duration of the delivery, you are the owner of the package and bear all risk of damage or loss. The package is under your responsibility until it is received at the address indicated. It is therefore up to you to protect it well and to pack the products well. Once the package has been received, we will send you a return processing confirmation email and will refund the products in perfect condition within fourteen days at their purchase price. The refund will be made on the credit card used when paying for the order.

 

Any return must be the subject of a request specifying your name, the order number as well as the details of the articles which you wish to return and in the case of an exchange, that of the articles which you wish instead. Returns should be sent to the following address:
